Abstract: The objectives of this study is to identity the impact of computerized accounting on financial performance of the SMEs .to achieve this objective the study has identified special services peroxide how the are affect the functions of the organization activities, what are the difficulties of the SMEs when introducing new technology. The objectives are achieved &general suggestions have been formulated; the impact of Computerized Accounting A sample of 52 SMEs in Kattankudy areas was selected through cluster sampling method. Primary data was based on questionnaire and observation. Secondary data was based on Annual report of SMEs relevant text books and relevant websites etc.Some data analyzed by using Microsoft Excel 2007 and SPSS 16.0 computer packages.
