Abstract: KDM Dissanayake developed a windows based Divisional information system for karandeniya divisional sectary office. the objective of this project is to develop an windows based divisional information system. Among the divisional office Sri Lanka, Karandeniya divisional office bears significant place. it a very busy divisional office. A large number of people come here daily for some purposes. All details about division recording in manually. It is very costly and time consuming. There many mistakes about their system. They do must have any proper computerize information system about divisional details of karandeniya divisional sectary office. To achieve the Aims/Objectives of an Organization or Institute, different groups of people become important in various ways. Proper time management is vital in the use of available limited resources in an optimal manner. There should be Divisional information system for anybody to obtain detailed they need information of the karandeniya Division. A large number of people come to the secretary office per a day. However, the Secretary office is conventional. Thus, it is unable to produce true information under the available condition. Further, it is very important even if the administrative officers can afford the information about karandeniya division correctly for the smooth functioning of the system. It is very useful to arrange for the relevant parties to receive information on the division, incomes, about families, schooled and etc..
