Religious scriptures encourage the right action for every human being, whether they are followers of that&#13;
religion or not. Although, Buddhism and Islam explain the important of the right action in a unique manner,&#13;
but the meetings of Buddhist and Muslim most often portray as violent confrontation in Modern world. The&#13;
objective of this paper to analyze and understand the views of right action from the ideas of Buddhist&#13;
Samma Kammanta and Islamic Al- Amal At-Tayyib from for the initiation of good interreligious&#13;
understanding. This research applies library-based qualitative methodology, in which the researchers use&#13;
data that includes textual analysis on written materials such as books, journal articles, and internet sources.&#13;
The outcomes disclose that although both religions have fundamentally different doctrines yet share a&#13;
similar scope on right action which prioritize humanity and human wellbeing. This study guides to eliminate&#13;
misunderstandings about religions: Buddhism and Islam, and to succeed in a process of understanding and&#13;
for nonviolent commitment among the diverse religious groups. To this end, this paper concludes that to&#13;
what extent Buddhist Samma Kammanta tenets can assimilate Islamic Al- Amal At-Tayyib doctrines and&#13;
practices, paving the way for interreligious dialogue for peace. And drawing on some fundamental&#13;
commonalities between Buddhism and Islam.

Islamic Sharia, which makes marriage as a rite of passage, also imposes restrictions on polygamy. The&#13;
Quran and the Sunnah restrict polygamy by imposing strict rules and conditions on it. The purpose of this&#13;
study is to analyze the extent to polygamy is practiced under the Muslim Marriage and Divorce Act&#13;
(MMDA) in the Sri Lankan context is compatible with Islamic Sharia. In Muslim countries, its practiced&#13;
under very strict conditions and it inforce without adequate legal restrictions on Sri Lankan Muslims living&#13;
as a minority. This study is a qualitative study and is entirely based on secondary data. Previous articles&#13;
related to the topic have been reviewed and the data obtained have been analyzed through a hypothetical&#13;
framework.

This study discusses the Western linguistic acquisition theories in Islamic perspective and the&#13;
contemporary challenges. Accordingly, this study draws on the descriptive approach by&#13;
extrapolating and describing the Islamic perspective in linguistic and the Islamic references and&#13;
sources. Hence, this study explores the themes on Western linguistic acquisition theories that show&#13;
the language system and the way it is taught and learned in the Islamic perspective, such as&#13;
structural theory, behavioral theory, cognitive theory, and social theory. Finally, it discusses the&#13;
contemporary challenges facing the Arabic language. This study aims to know the Islamic&#13;
perspective on Western linguistic acquisition theories, and to know the contemporary challenges&#13;
faced by the Arabic language to avoid its negatives and avoid distorting deviations in it.&#13;
Consequently, the findings of this study reveal that the Islamic theories are superior to the Western&#13;
theories in all fields because Islam presents various theories considering the personality of the&#13;
individual and his background for language acquisition. This study also provides solutions to&#13;
overcome the contemporary challenges faced by the Arabic language.

<summary type="text">Ending insecurity and bloodsheds in northern Nigeria: quality education approach

The main thrust of this paper is analysis of the sophisticated bloodshed surrounding northern parts&#13;
of Nigeria, which makes life unendurable among the rural dwellers whose future of Nigerian food&#13;
security depends upon. Parts of the constituted discussions in this paper are conspiracy of silence&#13;
and inactions among the elites, educated folks, politicians, traditional rulers and lots of others&#13;
people about what matters, for some reasons, which the paper hard to fathom. It is evidence that&#13;
northern Nigeria fall victim to the plots and machinations of her adversaries, who are relentless&#13;
and devising the tricks and tactics to destroys the region by all means. Certainly, the present daily&#13;
massacre may likely snowball into unending full scale war that may likely consumes the whole.&#13;
The paper provides the accounts of insecurity in northern Nigeria, discusses the disturbing effects&#13;
of insecurity in the North, and states some of the factors and solutions to these devastating&#13;
bloodsheds. It concludes that education not only helps individual to escapes the crimes associated&#13;
with insecurity, but a remedy to all ailments of insecurity and a way out in every devastated&#13;
situation.
