Technology and technological innovation play paramount roles in Asian&#13;
countries. The global agricultural market tilts demand heavily through the limited&#13;
resources and a large amount of population in the developing countries, for example,&#13;
Sri Lanka, Indonesia, India, and Pakistan. Financial Technology is important and&#13;
provides sources conveniently to farmers through the digital payment and&#13;
crowdfunding systems. The main issues are agricultural finance and sustainability&#13;
concerns from academia, private and government industries. The present study adopts&#13;
the digital marketplace with FinTech supports agriculture’s sustainability through&#13;
crowdfunding and digital payment. The new FinTech platform occurs to&#13;
empowerment, promotes agricultural opportunity in rural, great extent production in&#13;
the industrialization, and contributes sustainability and national income and prevention&#13;
of poverty. The FinTech drives to promote products and economic integration widely&#13;
in the digital market. The purpose of the research review, FinTech movement enlighten&#13;
the background of agriculture’s sustainability in Asian countries.

Internet Banking is the delivery of banking products and services directly to&#13;
the customer through the Internet. With the realization of the prospective benefits and&#13;
capability of internet banking, all the banks all over the world quickly adopted the&#13;
innovative way of delivering banking services to customers. Despite the efforts to&#13;
promote internet banking in Sri Lanka, the adoption rate was low. This study was&#13;
undertaken to identify the factors that influence the decision of customers to adopt&#13;
internet banking in Sri Lanka. A quantitative survey conducted among internet banking&#13;
customers revealed that factors such as perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use,&#13;
perceived security and awareness are significant and influence the adoption decision of&#13;
customers. The study has highlighted the most influencing factors that can be&#13;
considered by bankers while making internet banking promotions.

The aim of this study is to identify the impact of internal environmental&#13;
factors on the level of adoption of Human Resource Information System (HRIS). The&#13;
current study was designed to identify the impact of internal environment factors on the&#13;
level of adoption of HRIS in manufacturing companies in western province of Sri Lanka.&#13;
A structured questionnaire was designed, pre-tested, modified, and used to capture data&#13;
on a cross-section of HRIS adoption manufacturing companies in Western province.&#13;
Findings of this study concluded that internal environmental factors such as socio&#13;
technology skills of CEO, top management support, centralization and HRIS experience&#13;
of employees have a positive impact on the level of adoption of HRIS. In addition, this&#13;
study provides some insights into the level of adoption of HRIS by manufacturing&#13;
companies, which will aid HR practitioners to acquire a better understanding of the&#13;
current status, benefits, and barriers on adoption of HRIS. However, there may be other&#13;
factors which need inclusion to better explain extent of adoption of HRIS in&#13;
manufacturing companies in western province of Sri Lanka.
