The character of public reason in Rawls’s theory of justice

Abstract

The objective of this paper is to analyze the character of public reason in theory justice in the works of John Rawls Political Liberalism, The idea of public reason revisited and Justice as Fairness: A restatement, with the interpretation to identifying a pragmatic justification in the theory of justice as fairness.
