dc.description.abstract In the society, there are various factors that determine the issues of an individual, related to society and mental aspects such as family environment, educational environment, friends, age differences, transfers or change of place, occupation, traditions, responsibility, requirements, purpose as well as physical environment. Even though the above factors make a huge impact among the normal people in the society, it should be carefully considered about how these factors will influence the differently abled people who are with special needs. The aspects such as how can we make the normal community as well as the community of differently abled people understand about these measures, and the right media to communicate about this will be shared through the creative art works. There are variety of special needs people. Their skills, talents and weaknesses are different from one another. Therefore, we can develop the differently abled people with the focus of reducing their inabilities and making them to face the society with greater personality through helping them to bring their hidden skills and talents out as well as by enhancing their creative and aesthetic skills they possess. Based on the above factors, this participatory study is established on the creative art works of the differently abled people of the Organization for differently abled named Puhalidam. en_US
