Abstract:
Foreign direct investment has risen and continues to develop, as well as playing important roles in the
growth, and development of many markets around the globe by contributing to the FDI's Gross Domestic Products
performed below expectations due to the mixture of different variables attracting FDI. Foreign direct investment
determinants have become an important topic not only for governments, policy-makers, but also for this study
aimed at examining the determinants of multinational corporations (MNC) as incorporated, or incorporated
enterprises comprising parent companies MNCs pursue profits by implementing international search strategy. It is
increasingly recognized that understanding the forces of economic globalization needs that multinational
