Public administrative information system

Abstract

This Public Administrative Information System is developed in order to make all the functions of office i.e. DS office easier and quicker .It allows user to manage huge amounts of data in an effective and efficient manner. Its user friendly interface allows user to interact with the system easily. The goal of this proposed system is totally computerized the existing system through this get the information accurately, efficiently and timely manner of routine activities. This system is developed using MS Visual Studio and MS Access 2007 as a front end back end development tool respectively. The system has forms that are used to capture and insert data into the database, delete records, view records, search records and provide user rights to only authenticated users. From this computerized system user can get fruitful benefits and it leads to provide services to all the people who are getting services from the DS office.
