Abstract:
The practice of Waqf is seen as an important economic factor that plays a role in the progress of society. In the modern
world, there have been many new changes in its practice. In that way, this research has been carried out with the aim
of considering the Islamic practice related to Sukuk Waqf which can be seen as one of the modern types of Waqf. This
qualitative study is based on a review of previous literature. In that way, the data for this analysis was directly
obtained from sources of Islamic jurisprudence such as Al-Qur'an and Sunnah. In addition to these, secondary data
were obtained from Islamic history books, previous studies, internet articles, magazines etc. Information related to
waqf and sukuk waqf obtained through secondary data has been collected and analyzed in a synthesis method and the
results have been presented. According to them, when called Sukuk it stands for proof of ownership. It can be observed
that its implementation is being used more and more in Muslim countries globally. Also, in this study, several sections
of Sukuk Waqf have been discussed and results have been presented. This study can be support for the studies that
can be carried out in relation to Islamic economics and Waqf
