Sri Lanka Insurance Company branch at Ampara provides major services to the
customer in Ampara district handles huge number of customer in present. So the
corporation has to do large number of transaction and information handling such as
customer details, sales adviser work details, daily visit details, sales adviser details,
service visit details, sales adviser details etc.
There are many Insurance companies in every district. These institutions are managed
by Corporation of Insurance under the Insurance Board of Sri Lanka.
So it has become a patchwork of logic changes and new services that still address
office specific requirements. The current system is structurally unable to address
changes and new services required to meet current needs. It may be a very time
consuming.
So this project aims to develop Insurance information system to help its management
to manage customer information within Insurance Company also help management to
manage their staff and Team manager keep their details for analyzing. In addition to
that another aspect to makes reports of their customer and maintain history of all
customer.
I think this system makes the daily process of customer easier. Improves staff
efficiency by saving time and helps management meet company performance targets |
