Office management information system for target Agriculture (Pvt) Ltd

Abstract

The Target Agriculture pvt ltd is fruit Export Company in Weligama area and most busy working place. They handle factory work as well as employees work in daily. All the work carries on manual basis method. Also lack of accessible data provides poor employee care. Therefore with this project I endeavor to improve the employee quality of work life and maintain the quality and efficiency of the processes done company. Also proposed windows based solution for employees and important parties to access the employee payroll records. The entire system is involving the all employee related data to access the payments. Employee details, attendance details, leaves, OT, ETF rates and etc records are including this project. Still they handle manual attendance mark method. It is very poor method and this project introduces the effective method to enter employee attendance. .. Proper achievement of the goals and objectives of a company heavily depends on employee and employee information control mechanism. Through achieving functional and nonfunctional requirements of the project, this system will give a smooth functioning procedure with user friendly environment. Hence I believe that the project work will engage a better and efficient working environment in Target Agriculture pvt ltd.
