In this Information and Communication Technology era, the use of computers and computing peripherals has become a commonplace. From a small restaurant to multi national companies with giant amount of turnover everyday, the use of computer and network has become inevitable. Since it has it exclusive advantages, ICT is seen as the panacea for almost all problems indifferent to for-profit or not-for-profit organizations. When couples with experience and intelligence of human resource, the outcomes of ICT become multiplied. It improves the efficiency and the effectiveness of any organization that likes to enjoy the benefit of computerizing activities. In the STR/MMMV (National School), which is my client, all the activities are carried out manually. This is seen as an inefficient way of doing every day activities there. To overcome the shortcoming found in the school, I have taken initial steps to automating the existing system. In that process, I have taken the School Management system and looking forward to automating it. In my proposed system, I am trying to automate all the process emanating from registration of students, appointing the new teachers, and managing the marks. All the staffs are expected to enjoy the benefit of automating the School Management System. And in addition, I will be looking forward to automating the entire processes carried out in the school.en_US
