Abstract: Schools are increasing day by day as enrolment of student increases the administration of an school face lots of problems. Like this to make easy facilitate of an school the project is undertaken. The objective of this project is to manage student information and school other functions of Dharul Hasanath Academy located at Horragola in Warakapola. This project helps to above academy implement a new system for facilitating of the administrative work make easier. The project proposed, intends to create a school management system which is maintaining many details related to students; such as student details, payment details, subject details and Teachers Employees etc. The computerized system manages the student details professionally. The students details stored into system. And also subject details, class details, payment details stored in the system. Keeping track of records of all day today activities done by administrator and retrieving, manipulating and storing data would be maintained through the database. It would make possible searching the past records and generating the required reports. These facts are carrying out an efficient service with reduction of work load. All the interfaces are user friendly, the school management system project including the C Sharp (C#) programming language of main function focus on the user interface development
