dc.description.abstract | In this Information and Communication Technology era, the use of computers and computing peripherals has become a commonplace. ICT is seen as the panacea for almost all problems indifferent to for-profit or not-for-profit organizations. In the divisional secretariat Sammanthurai, which is my client, all the activities are carried out manually. This is seen as an inefficient way of doing every day activities there. To overcome the shortcoming found in the school, I have taken initial steps to automating the existing system. In that process, I have taken the Web based House information system and looking forward to automating it. In my proposed system, I am trying to automate all the process emanating from register, entering the data and investigating them. All the staffs are expected to enjoy the benefit of automating the Web based House hold information System. And in addition, I will be looking forward to automating the entire processes carried out in the Divisional Secretariat | en_US |
