Abstract: Education is not only an individual need. It is also very closely connected with the betterment and development of their socio-cultural life in society. So, education is an instrument to build up of human character as well as society’s development. There were so many thinkers and scholars who left great impact on this issues and Allamah Shibli Nomani Al-Hindi is one of them. In which Shibli grew up, the condition of education especially women education was very pathetic. Therefore, this great scholar wrote many articles and books in both Arabic and Urdu languages on that issue. Because he knew very well that mother is the first teacher for her child. Moreover, in the light of Islam the positon of women is higher than men.
