We come to know about the ways in which people carried on their life with the help of Koothu and music, particularly the ways in which paanars developed music and Koothu with the help of musical instruments. Also we come to know about the musical parts and musical notes described in literatures like Tholkappiyam and Atrupadai and how these musical notes were used by Sangam period musicians i.e., Paanars to develop Music and Koothu. Because both music and Koothu were an integral part of life of Sangam people. This essay analyses whether Music and Koothu are developing themselves according to changing times and being a part of people’s life or they remain without any changes.en_US
