Abstract: The study focuses to find out the Impact of emotional engagement on performance ofhotel employees in Pasikudah zone. Purpose of the study, researcher has used ninemeasurement tools to measure result of employee emotional engagement level. Andresearcher used four dimensions to measure employee performance and that includessome indicators. Conceptualization framework used to develop questionnaire to theresearch and each element from conceptualization hold include in the questionnaire.Totally, 200 questionnaires have issued to hotel employees in Pasikudah zone. Inorder to collect the data, convenience sampling technique were used. The StatisticalPackage for Social Sciences (SPSS 0.22 Version) was used to simplify the analysiswork of this study. As sample 5 hotels were selected in Pasikudah zone for researchpurpose. Based on this findings, there is strong positive relationship betweenemotional engagement and employee overall performance and, therefore there is apositive impact of emotional engagement on hotel employee performance.
