Abstract: Time management is a frequent and well-discussed contemporary issue since multitasking is a must-have norm to achieve success. Islamic religion has provided productive guidance on time management for all segments of human life, which is the focus of this study. The paper aims to describe the pattern of influence of the time management guidance by the Islamic religion in human activities and to clarify the patterns of elements of traditional time management reflected in Islamic guidelines. For this study, which was conducted based on the previous literature, the secondary data such as general and Islamic-oriented research articles, books, and internet information related to time management along with information about time management in basic Islamic sources like Holy Quran and Al-Hadith were reviewed. The main finding of this analysis is that Islam provides constructive guidelines for people to spend enough time in the spiritual, social, economic, familial, and other aspects to create a happy life with proper management. This study would help to clarify the importance of focusing on all the essential areas of life by following its guidelines successfully within the Islamic framework in the busy modern world.
