dc.description.abstractIslamic law has higher purposes and characteristics, that distinguish it from human-made laws, its purpose is to protect the community from sins and crimes; Because the method of legislation of Islam captures the people's hearts, it has an impactful power in the reform of society, there are some people like orientalists fabricate legislation of sharia and say that this is a corrupt imagination that has no effect on reforming society. But, The specialists in Islamic law answered these suspicions about Islamic legislation, So we must know these suspicions and their answers in order to preserve our Islam in this century in which there are many attacks against Islam. This research provides an idea about the protection of Sharia and its legislation. He explains his facts from his fiction.en_US
