Abstract:
A Study was conducted in apparel manufacturing sector in Rathnapura district, Sri Lankawhich is one of the leading export sector in Sri Lankan industry. The specific objectivesof the study were to determine the relationship between Co-worker and Supervisorysupport on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) and to determine the level of coworker support, supervisory support and OCB. Data was gathered through a survey usinga structured questionnaire to 150 employees working in Brandix Apparel Solution Ltd atNiwithigala Sri Lanka. The sample was drawn by using random sampling. A series oftests such as factor analysis, correlation, and reliability analysis was conducted by usingthe SPSS software.to confirm that the instrument is valid as well as reliable.
