Abstract: This paper analyses role of Knowledge growth in economic growth of srilanka. For this Study, Time series data were collected between 1980 and 2010, and Correlation and Multiple regression were used to find out the relationship and ordinary least squares technique was used to estimate the multiple regression models. It was discovered that Knowledge has direct and significant impact on economic growth in Srilanka. Specialy, Human Capital and Economic Incentive and Institutional Regime have significant impact on economic growth. It was therefore recommended that government and private at all levels should increase their funding on different segments of knowledge in the country.
