Abstract: The Corona virus has affected around the world. Especially, it has impacted on the social, economic, educational domains widely. Therefore, the most of people face challenges in various aspects. At the same time, there are researches that deal with the women daily wage workers about economic issues. Unless there are lack of researches which discuss about the reasons behind the economic crisis. This research gap is taken as research problem. Thus, this research aims to identify the impacts behind women daily wage workers after COVID-19. The sample 20 women who are doing wage workings are selected from the research area Maruthamunai. It uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data were gathered through in-depth interview. They are analyzed by content analysis. The research finds that they faced difficulties in buying ingredients for the productions due to continuous curfew and unable to sale the products. These affected to lost their incomes and customers. They only could maintain to do some specific works
